What is Animusoft?
Animusoft was created with the sole intent of providing embedded, real time and robotic software solutions. In fact, there is a bit to say about the name Animusoft. Animusoft is comprised of two words – animus + soft. The word Animus was picked for the many meanings it has in Latin.

Animus was chosen for the ultimate vision. The ultimate vision being to provide software solutions which enable robots of many different types to have that extra UMF! Where hardware stops – software begins. Thus Animusoft is here today!
The word soft was chosen as an a typical suffix for a software company. Combine the two together and you have Animusoft!
Of course, we did’t just pick the name out of thin air and then decide what software to develop. Animusoft began an idea – the software. What is the Software? What will it do? What will it bring the world? What will it do for you? Once we set our path and vision – the name became obvious.

We here at Animusoft like to think we exist in the same group as our customers – technologist, students, engineers, hobbyists, artists, scientists as well as the average joe. We put ourselves in your shoes – we do what you do in order to determine how to make the software better.
